This was a full scale branding services/identity project for a local doula provider in the Green Bay area. I served as creative director at the photo shoot session and designed all layout to include the concept of using a smaller, unique print size based on the "golden ratio".

Most spreads within the magazine fit within the layout/ratio above. A subtle bottom drop shadow was added to large images to give a feeling of depth to the piece.
The physical trimmed print size for this magazine is 6.18in wide x 10in tall. A smaller, non traditional layout not only provides uniqueness to the piece, it also makes the magazine much easier to carry and store in bags, purses or other small carrying items.
